Terms and Conditions

By paying the requested amount for participating in an event, whether online (Live Webinar) or live on-site (Workshop), the participant automatically accepts the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. General Terms

    • The amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms & Conditions.

    • Registration and the reservation of a place at a workshop or live webinar is only confirmed upon full payment.

    • The certificate of attendance is issued only if all financial commitments for the training have been fulfilled.

  1. Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

    • A. On-Site Workshops (Physical Presence / Live On-Site)

      • In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(l) regarding services related to leisure or educational activities provided on a specific date or period), registrations for on-site workshops on specific dates are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once booked.

      • However, in case you wish to cancel your participation:

        • The paid amount can be transferred to an upcoming workshop or course held within the next 12 months.

        • In case of two consecutive participation cancellations by the same person or company, GMDA HUB reserves the right to refuse future applications or apply special terms.

    • B. Live Webinars (Online Events)

      • For live webinars, participants have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase without giving any reason, provided that the live webinar has not yet taken place.

      • Loss of Withdrawal Right Upon Participation: If the live webinar is scheduled to take place within the 14-day withdrawal period, by attending, accessing, or logging into the live session, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the live session has started or has been completed.

      • Refund Process: To exercise your right of withdrawal for an upcoming live webinar, you must submit the official Withdrawal Form available on our website prior to the start of the event. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days using the payment details provided.

  1. In Case of Cancellation, Replacement, or Postponement by GMDA HUB

    • In case of cancellation, replacement, or postponement of a workshop or live webinar due to any reason, participants will be notified accordingly.

    • Two alternative dates will be offered, and the total amount paid will be transferred to an upcoming workshop, live webinar, or course within the next 12 months.
