Terms and Conditions
By paying the requested amount for participating to the event, on-line or live on-site, the participant automatically accepts the following Terms & Conditions:
- The amount is non-refundable and not transferable, unless stated otherwise in the Terms & Conditions.
- The registration and the acquisition of a position at the workshop or course is only final with the full payment.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, REPLACEMENT OR POSTPONEMENT OF THE WORKSHOP
In case of cancellation, replacement or postponement of the workshop due to any reason, the participant will be informed accordingly.
- Two different dates will be offered and the total amount will be transferred to an upcoming workshop or course within the next 12, months.

For participations canceled by the participants, GMDA HUB offers:
- To transfer the total amount, to an upcoming workshop or course within the next 12, months.
In case of two consecutive cancellations of participation by the same person or company, GMDA HUB reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any future application or to apply special terms.
The certificate of attendance is only given if financial commitments of the training have been fulfilled.
